The Customer is one of the leading Mobile Service Provider in Thailand with more than 60%
market share.
The customer already had an online mobile bill payment system and a wide retail presence
throughout Thailand. The customer wanted to provide value added services and introduce a
Utilities bill payment facility for its existing mobile customers. The system should be flexible to
accept any kind of utilities bill payment like Electricity, Water and Telephone. The system should
provide support for generating daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for each utility and also
support combined reports for various conditions.
Our solutions
The system was developed as a generic payment application virtually capable of accepting
payment for any kind of services. The system was developed as a client- server application with
the server applications running on Solaris servers and more than 500 clients on windows based
desktops. The client and the server applications were integrated using an industry standard
middleware.
